Beastie Boy Interrupted

get me a time machine and take me to February 22, 1989, to the 31st Grammy Awards after party at Chasen’s, where I need to get ill with Winona Ryder and Ad-Rock

btw – both of their real last names is Horowitz – Winona Laura Horowitz + Adam Keefe Horovitz.  are they related??? or just the most perfect 1989 coupling ever???

bonus props to Max Perlich (one of the dorks from Can’t Buy Me Love) for being apart of this Horowitz posse

We’re down to one Righteous Bro (Best In Peace Bobby Hatfield), but the show must go on!  And one Bro is better than NO Bros!  Bill Medley (the Bro with the deeper voice, and the one you probably know better anywayz) carries the torch, and for the past 2 years, with honorary Bro Bucky Heard.  You’ve heard the word!  Bucky does a fine job walking a mile in Bobby’s lungs, but we came for Bill Medley and the melodies, and Bill’s got a clean bill of awesomness still left in his pipes, and so them melodies remained unchained!!!  NEVER LET THEM BE CHAINED!!!  And I, had, the time of my life!
